Selecting an accurate size of the frame is as important as having an accurate lens prescription. Therefore, it is very important that you select the size that best fits to you. There are three key measurements of the frame: the eye size (diameter of each lens), bridge width (space between two lenses) and the temple length (length of the legs). These measurements are shown in the figure below for your guidance. These parameters determine how well a spectacle fits on your face.

If you have an existing spectacle and is a good fit for you, you can send the measurements which are printed in the inside of a temple (leg) as shown below. If the current frame is too loose or too tight, mentioning while ordering will help us to suggest a better fit.

If you don’t have a frame or have never worn a glass before, a measurement of your face width, temple-to-temple distance as shown in the figure below, will be helpful. Or you may also specify an approximate size as small, medium, large or extra-large sizes.

| Size | Eye Size | Bridge Width | Temple Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 42 - 48 mm | 16 - 17 mm | 130 - 135 mm |
| Medium | 49 - 52 mm | 18 - 19 mm | 136 - 140 mm |
| Large | 53 - 58 mm | 20 - 22 mm | 141 - 150 mm |
| Extra Large | Above 58 mm | Above 22 mm | Above 150 mm |
You can select the colour, frame design and material as you prefer.
Important note
Some frame designs may not be suitable for your prescription. For example, a high prescription lenses are generally thicker which may not be fitted on a frame with thin rim. Similarly, frames with deeper eye-size (vertical height) is better suited for progressive prescription addition lens (lens with both distance and reading section). In such cases, we may ask you to modify your selection, or you may contact use for advise before selecting a frame.
