After sale Service Return and Refund Policy

Vision Enhancement Centre is committed to long-term customers satisfaction by providing quality products and solutions. Our after-sale services and return policies are second to none. In the event of a faulty product or items damaged during transit, we will comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Please notify us of any issues within 7 business days for faulty products or 48 hours for transit-related damage. You must provide proof of damage and supporting details, such as photographs and purchase receipt. Approved claims will be issued a replacement, repair, or refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. We also do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors and prescription change. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders. We recommend you ensure that the prescription is up to date, preferably NOT older than 6 months, for the best correction of your vision. VEC is happy to offer pre-purchase technical assistance where possible.
